Pacific Estate is a place-based destination development practice founded by Guy Kerr, based in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan, working across the South Pacific and Japan.

South Pacific / 南太平洋:
Fiji — NAMA FIJI, NAMA Nurture, NAMAIA. Vanuatu — Eau des Îles, sandalwood, kava. Tonga, Papua New Guinea, Palau.
Japan / 日本:
Niseko (Hokkaido) — base / 拠点. Amami Oshima (Kagoshima). Izumo, Shimane.
NAMA Nurture
Wellness retreat at Mana Island Resort & Spa, Fiji. First programme 27–28 August 2026, with Spa Academy Fiji and NAMA FIJI, alongside CIDESCO World Congress 2026.
Pacific Wellness
Wellness knowledge rooted in the land, sea, and plants of the Pacific Islands — nama (sea grape), tamanu oil, sandalwood, and kava. Pacific Estate develops pathways for Pacific Island brands entering the Japanese market.
